However, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client if we believe that continuing the service would put our therapist at risk, or if a client engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, or any conduct that makes our therapists feel uncomfortable or unsafe. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both clients and staff. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes schedules change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the service. A "no-show" not only affects our business but also prevents other clients from booking that time slot. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time of your scheduled session. However, please note that your session may be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments run on time. Full service fees will apply for the shortened session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may consider it a no-show, and the full appointment fee will be charged.
